- FACULTY
-
At the present time Russia lacks qualified professors of Bible and theology. Currently the best scholar-ministers in the churches of Christ are located in the United States. Therefore it is assumed that for the first 5 years a majority of Bible will be taught by American scholar-ministers. Faculty who teach the Bible are selected based on the following criteria
- Faithful member of the church of Christ
- Doctorate in Biblical studies or a candidate
- Scriptural fidelity
- Experienced in ministry
The Institute of Theology & Christian Ministry is not directly affiliated with any university in the U.S. Therefore ITCM is in a unique position to be able to invite professors from all the universities in the U.S. associated with the churches of Christ. It enables ITCM to find the best qualified specialist for each subject. Since 2005 professors from Abilene Christian University, Austin Graduate School of Theology, Freed-Hardeman University, Harding University, Harding Graduate School of Religion, Lipscomb University, Oklahoma Christian, Pepperdine University and Rochester College have taught at the Institute.
