ITCM activity develops in two main streams:
1. Equipping local churches
2. Evangelism and edification (Russian Bible School or simply RBS)
The first stream can be divided into two parts:
1.1. Educational activities
1.2. Strengthening of inter-congregational relations
ITCM Educational Activities in its turn includes two aspects:
- Distance program Theology and Ministry for leaders of the local congregations helping them to study theology
and to apply it in the lives of their congregation
- Helping local churches with singing via Congregational Singing program
Strengthening Inter-congregational Relations is being done through:
- Conducting various seminars and conferences
- Issuing "In Christ!" newspaper for Russian-speaking churches
The second stream of ITCM activities, namely evangelism and edification,
includes teaching all those who wants fundamentals of faith through:
2.1 Correspondence course which provides its students with Bible lessons, Bible itself and some Christian literature
2.2 Distance program using the means of the Internet
